About Me

Audrey Hasse MS, RDN

I am a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with a master's degree in sports nutrition and exercise science and a passion for helping my clients live their healthiest lives.  As the owner of A.M.Fit, a healthy lifestyle consultation business in the Philadelphia area and around the Main Line, I take a very individualized approach with my clients to help them realize and achieve their goals.  I am passionate about working with clients who are interested in living a healthy life, motivated to learn about nutrition and exercise, and ready to change their habits and behaviors to reach their health and fitness goals.  My approach is simple- eat real food, exercise hard, and develop the skills and tools to live your healthiest life.

I have an undergraduate degree from Ursinus College in exercise and sport science and a master's degree from Marywood University in sports nutrition and exercise science.  I grew up as an athlete, played soccer and ran track throughout college, and always had a passion for fitness and nutrition.  I started A.M.Fit as a personal training business in 2008 after graduating from college, and grew my business for a few years.  I always understood the importance of diet, but saw first hand the weight (no pun intended) it carried with my clients, and the impact diet had on performance and health status.  I knew that I needed to go back to school to learn more about nutrition in order to best support my clients as they worked towards optimal health.  So, I took the necessary classes and completed my dietetic internship with Aramark in 2014.

Since becoming a Registered Dietitian, I have integrated both nutrition and fitness into my client's routines and helped guide them as they work to reach their goals and live their healthiest lives.
